We're Counting On Coffee To Survive Time Change

Turns out coffee isn’t just part of the morning... it IS the morning. People are literally scheduling their sleep around caffeine. A new survey says 47% of us actually go to bed earlier just so we have more time for coffee in the morning.

As daylight saving time hits, 70% of coffee drinkers are stressing about losing that extra hour of ZZZ's. But giving up coffee? Not a chance. Nearly a third say they’ll just drink more of it to cope—which honestly sounds like the national strategy.

Most folks spend about 16 minutes pouring, brewing, and sipping—more time than they spend showering, eating breakfast, or doing hair and makeup. Priorities, right?

And if they’re running late? Only 15% would dare skip coffee. Most would rather skip breakfast, packing lunch, or even being on time for work. I mean, can you really function without that first cup?

The other half sure can’t—it’s coffee first, world later.
