Before “peace on Earth” turns into “I’m hiding in the pantry,” Mayo Clinic has a stress-management strategy called "The Four A’s": Avoid, Alter, Accept, and Adapt.

So, a little less perfection. A little more breathing room. And maybe one fewer thing on the calendar.
Peace of mind apparently just takes a little planning.
