Graceland For Sale, Maybe

Elvis Presley’s historic home Graceland could possibly be sold at a foreclosure auction on Thursday, May 23.

The news came as a surprise to family who asked for, and was granted, a temporary restraining order on Monday by a Memphis, Tennessee court to halt the sale.

UPDATE: A judge halted the foreclosure sale of Graceland in Memphis after ruling that the Presley estate could argue the auction attempt is fraudulent.
