Police Station Parking Spot Leads to Man’s 10th DUI
By Thom Watts·October 22, 2026
Most people try to avoid the cops when they’ve been drinking. Brian Ballantine allegedly prefers curbside service.
The Pennsylvania man already has nine DUI convictions. Now he’s facing charge NUMBER TEN... after allegedly parking outside a police station.
According to police, Brian was confused, smelled like a brewery, and had an open beer in the cupholder. Outside his door? A puddle that wasn’t a radiator problem.
Officers say surveillance video showed him nearly hitting another vehicle, stumbling out, “watering the pavement”... then climbing back in for a few more sips.
Asked whether he knew where he was, Brian reportedly answered, “Yeah. I’m having fun.”
He faces felony DUI, plus charges of open lewdness and driving with a suspended license.
Apparently, nine convictions weren’t enough to convince him the tenth round shouldn’t involve car keys.
