Severe Weather Update 5/6/24

Be prepared for severe weather around Joplin and Southwest Missouri, all of Southeast Kansas including Pittsburg and Fort Scott, as well as Northeast Oklahoma including Miami.
With the high probability of severe weather tonight, the National Weather Service out of Springfield has put together a weather briefing video.
The main threat is damaging wind gusts, but hail and a few tornadoes are possible.
