Toupée Turns Into Trafficking Trouble

A gentleman flying from Bogota, Columbia to Barcelona, Spain decided the best way to smuggle about thirty‑four grand worth of cocaine was… under a toupee. Not in a suitcase, not in a secret compartment. Just taped to his head, topped off with the world’s most suspicious wig.

Security notices this guy looking nervous, and his toupee sitting a few inches higher than any reasonable hairpiece has a right to. They asked him to take it off, and there’s a package underneath, roughly the size of a cow’s liver, packed with cocaine and stuck straight to his scalp.

Police later said drug traffickers never run out of new ways to try and beat the system. This one just happened to be less “mastermind” and more “bad costume party.” The guy’s now facing public health charges, and we’re all reminded that if your toupee has its own zip code… somebody’s going to ask questions.
