Turns out, he swiped it from the Mitchell County Jail during a previous stay — you know, a little souvenir from his vacation behind bars. He’s not an escapee, just a man who apparently enjoys the look. The sheriff even chimed in with the line of the week, saying, “I’ve heard of dress for success, but never dress for arrest.”
The good news? He’s already dressed for booking. The bad news? He didn’t pack a change of clothes.
