Florida traffic stop, middle of the night, things are already going sideways when officers find controlled substances in the car. The driver does what anyone in trouble does… calls a “lawyer.”
And sure enough, this guy rolls up in a full suit and tie like he just stepped out of a courtroom drama. Starts throwing around legal talk, asking about probable cause, trying to negotiate like he’s on retainer.
Only problem? He’s not a lawyer. At all.
Cops ask for credentials… he’s got nothing. They run his info and instead of a law degree, they find a previous DUI.
So now, instead of saving the day, he’s picked up charges for impersonating a lawyer and obstruction.
Which feels like a tough break… but also maybe don’t show up to a crime scene cosplaying as “Attorney at Law” if your only qualification is owning a tie.
