In rural Montana, this 20-something guy drove to the police station to pay a fine for having an open container... and he drove drunk to do it.
He strolled in to pay his ticket and file some kind of complaint, but the sheriff hears him slurring like he just left karaoke night. They ask, “Did you drive here?” He says yes — like that should earn him honesty points.
They give him a breath test, and WOAH— three times the legal limit. He swears he only had “two drinks” and, oh yeah, “two bowls” of marijuana. Because nothing pairs better with bad decisions than a little variety pack.
Now he’s looking at a fresh DUI and ANOTHER open container charge, because of course there was another one in the car.
But at least this guy is making sure the sheriff’s department Facebook page stays entertaining… posting, “Stupidity is not an excuse.” and “that whenever someone says they've had "two drinks," they usually mean "two too many." Fair.
