A group of teens went full sci-fi during a break-in at their high school.
Three teens in North Carolina are now facing charges after police say they used a homemade plasma cannon to break into Smith High School around 2 a.m. Sunday. Yes. Plasma cannon. As in, “we built this in a garage and absolutely should not have.”
Cops show up, find them on campus, along with water tanks and plastic used to rig the thing together. The device basically shoots a stream of flames… which they used to burn a bush and blast a hole through a plexiglass door.
Two 18-year-olds are now looking at a list of felony charges that include breaking and entering, explosives on school property, and—no big deal—possession of a weapon of mass destruction.
One other suspect, a juvenile, was detained before being released to a parent.
All that effort… to break into a high school. Which begs the question...were they breaking into the science lab to create sexy Kelly LeBrock?
