A group of high schoolers in Topeka just casually outdid every prom entrance ever… by showing up in the Oscar Mayer Wienermobile. And the best part? No big planning, no connections… just one kid walking up and asking.
A junior named Breckan spotted the Wienermobile sitting in a Dillons parking lot, found the driver—yes, officially called a “Hot Dogger”—and basically said, “Hey… you wanna take us to prom tomorrow?” And she said yes. Just like that.
Next night, they pile into this giant rolling hot dog from a friend’s driveway, surprise the rest of their group, and cruise to prom like it’s the most normal thing in the world. Meanwhile, everyone else is pulling up in limos thinking they’re doing something special. One of the kids summed it up perfectly: “People take limos… this is basically just a big hot dog limo.” Honestly, hard to argue. And also a nice little reminder—sometimes the best plan is just asking the question most people wouldn’t.
